My elderly Mini had its MOT, it failed on emissions. The car was booked in a day later for investigation. I was dreading what could be wrong with it. To my joy nothing major. The service I get from Autoshack has been brilliant over the number of years I have been going there and the staff are a credit to the company. Thank you.

I found the staff and service to be very good with a potential faulty car battery. The staff analysed and tested it for free and it turned out to be fine. I was on holiday where we made several short journeys that drained the battery before the car was able to fully charge it. Home now and the car has been fine. Excellent service and helpful staff.

Had mot earlier in the week, we mentioned to
Rich that we noticed judder when braking.car passed mot with no advisories but rich went and looked at car. He said he felt disc was mishaped and car needed to go on micrometer to check. We booked car in for this morning, left for checks. Received call from rich to say car ready.they changed pads & discs under warranty. Just amazing service once again with no cost to us. Rich & chaps at autoshack are brilliant. Always go above & beyond 100%recommend autoshack. Thanks

We have used Autoshack for a few years for various vehicles but today I had an MOT on my 7.5 meter long motorhome, parking is restricted for this size vehicle but if you keep to your appointment time it's not a problem, MOT was a fail but they got the bits sorted and a retest same day. Kept informed about progress at all times, You can't ask for any better service than that. Will rebook for a full service in the next week or so. It's a pleasure being one of your customers. Popped in on my way to work as I had a headlight out, they replaced it straight away FOC. I have used this garage before and they are always so helpful and professional. I would highly recommend.

I recieve Fantastic service from Autoshack every time i go. I took my car in for an MOT yesterday and arrived at the wrong time, so instead of being told to come back later a member of staff moved things around so i could be seen straight away! Not only that, he offered to get me a cup of tea as i had my baby with me and was quite frazzled. He also held the door open for me so i could get my pram out. Amazing service, excellent prices - I wouldnt go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone.

Having previously been a loyal customer to the main dealer, and being disappointed a few times, I looked for somewhere local and stumbled across Auto/Tyre Shack.
I appreciate that this review could sound a bit disingenuous as I couldn't praise this company enough.
I took my trusted little b-max in as there was an obvious leakage, and the team soon realised the issue. They quoted the work for me which I knew was going to be costly, but their price was extremely fair and fully justified.
I was kept up-to-date and liaised with throughout, seriously this is all anyone could hope for. Thank you to Rich and the amazing mechanic who fixed my car

Top guy’s very nice and helpful took my car in for some tyres and found I had a seized Caliper potentially dangerous they took me in the workshop and showed me the Caliper seized car had a mot 2 days before and was not picked up on that (mot was not done here) got it sorted and had a courtesy car for me to use thank you again as I have my family travelling in the car and it could have been dangerous and you spotted it 👍👍👍
