To their credit, they provided a courtesy car to keep me mobile and upgraded me to a premium water pump to ensure the fix was solid. From the M271
At the end of the M271, follow signs for the A33 towards Southampton and the Docks. At the Millbrook junction, follow signs for Dock Gate 20 and First Avenue. After passing beneath the flyover, turn left onto Third Avenue. Continue to Autoshack and Tyreshack.
From Southampton Central and the city centre
Join the A33 westbound via West Quay Road and Mountbatten Way, following signs for the M271, M27 and Dock Gate 20. At the Millbrook junction, follow Dock Gate 20 onto First Avenue, then take the first left onto Third Avenue. Continue to Autoshack and Tyreshack.
